Co Jo Yo: I am a Yoga Alliance certified yoga instructor at the 500 hour level. I started the training program in January 2009 with my teacher Dennis Eagan. Since my training began, I have had amazing yoga experience and find my life changing drastically. I have started this blog as a way to share my journey with people.
